This time we will discuss how to solve errors on epson printers with error messages \"A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life. Please contact Epson Support<\/i>\". It is also indicated by the printer indicator light flashing red\/orange. If translated into Indonesian, the meaning of the warning is something like this: The Ink Pad in the printer has exceeded its service life, please contact epson support. <\/i>This happens because the printer system assumes that the Ink Pad is full. The Ink Pad is a foam at the bottom of the printer that serves to accommodate the disposal ink. Printer manufacturers deliberately add this warning facility so that if the ink pad is full, the ink does not overflow and short out the electronic circuit.<\/p>\n

To resolve the error, we must reset the Waste Ink Pad Counter with a resetter program.<\/p>\n

How to reset Waste Ink pad Coiunter Epson printer:<\/h3>\n

  1. Download epson L350 resetter\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0(This resetter can also be used for epson printers type L110, L210, L300, L355).\u00a0<\/i><\/li>\n
  2. Open the L350 resetter program. (Don't forget to turn off the anti-virus first, because usually the anti-virus considers this program malware.)<\/i><\/li>\n
  3. After the Epson adjustment program window appears, you are first asked to select the printer model by pressing the button select<\/b>.\n
  4. Select the printer type by selecting from the dropdown menu in the model name. Leave Port on auto selection. Next press OK.<\/b><\/b>\n
  5. After we press OK <\/b>then the printer model will be filled with the printer type we selected earlier. Next press Particular Adjustment Mode<\/b><\/b>\n
  6. Then the Adjustment Item option will appear. Select Waste Ink Pad Counter<\/b>\u00a0and press the OK button.\n
  7. In the Waste Ink Pad Counter window Press the Check (1)<\/span><\/b>, then check Main Pad counter\u00a0<\/span>(2)<\/span><\/b> and then press Initialization (3)<\/span><\/b>. When finished, there will be a command to turn off the printer. Turn off the printer by pressing the printer's power button.\n
  8. If successful, the printer light indicator will turn yellow, and the printer can be used normally again.\n
