- Download Oppo Neo 3 R831K firmware . To get the latest series firmware, you can also go through OPPO's official download site at http://www.oppo.com/id/downloads/ To make sure the firmware we download is correct, make sure the file name contains R831K for the Neo 3 R831K series, for example: http://downloads.oppo.com.s3.amazonaws.com/firmware/R831K/R831K_11.A.17_OTA_INT_017_all_151229.zip
- Copy the downloaded file with the ZIP extension to the Micro SD card, either using a card reader or data cable.
