Resolve Error "Windows cannot find c:program files(x86)search Extensionsclient.exe"
Recently I got a Notebook with Windows 7 operating system, when starting up (entering Windows for the first time) an error message in the form of a pop up that says "Windows cannot find c:program files(x86)search Extensionsclient.exe" accompanied by a command prompt display titled "takseng.exe". No need to worry, or rush to reinstall your windows because of this problem. Because there is a very easy way to overcome the error message. The following is a solution to overcome this problem:
- Open Windows Explorer
- Enter drive C
- Open the Windows folder => System32=> Task folder
- Delete all files containing the word "Rocket"
- After that restart/ reboot the computer.
- If successful then pop up "Windows cannot find c:program files(x86)search Extensionsclient.exe" will not appear again
This is an easy way to resolve error messages "Windows cannot find c:program files(x86)search Extensionsclient.exe". Good luck 🙂
That's the search extension that's hit, if all programs are hit how come, even the uninstall is hit
