Solving Klik BCA error "Sorry, it is not possible to list the account to which you want to transfer. Please Contact Halo BCA at 1500888"
This problem occurs when I register a transfer destination number via klik BCA. I have tried many times and always failed. At first I thought there was an error on the klik BCA website. Several times the transaction failed and some time passed, then I found out through the google search engine this problem. And indeed there are many who experience it besides me. The error description is:
SORRY, THE LIST OF TRANSFER DESTINATION ACCOUNTS IS NOT POSSIBLE. PLEASE CALL HELLO BCA AT 1500888
I did some experiments:
- Starting from changing to a different internet connection, which initially used wifi, I replaced it with tethering via a smart phone using the indosat network. Why did I do this, because it could be that the internet subscription IP was blocked because the IP had been misused for hacking, cracking or other cyber crimes.
- Logged in using another laptop and a different computer and even logged in using a smartphone and also tried using a linux operating system, but still could not be used to register for the destination account. If according to the forum, the problem is because the computer is identified as a virus, then logging in with a computer that is safe from viruses should be possible.
- There are also forums that say logging in with the same computer with another account works. From here I began to suspect that the account was the problem
After doing a series of experiments above, I finally contacted Halo BCA at 1500888. According to the information on the forums, BCA Customer Service explained that the computer I used to log in was identified as having a virus. Then I was asked if I usually log in using a computer or laptop. I answered that I usually log in using a laptop and smart phone. The customer service lady said that to solve the problem, the locked account must be reset. I was given several questions, starting from the name of my birth mother, date of birth, home address cellphone number and so on. Maybe each person could have different questions.
Finally, after the reset process was complete, I was asked to log in, I tried to log in using a smartphone and tried to register the transfer destination account. Thank God, I finally did it. After making sure that the transaction was successful, I hung up. The problem is that if it is not successful, then we call hello BCA again, we may not be received by the same CS and repeat the steps from the beginning again.
Conclusion:
This problem occurs because our account is automatically blocked or locked by the BCA click system, because we have logged in using a computer that the BCA click system indicates is affected by a virus. Even if we then log in on another computer that is believed to be safe from viruses, it still cannot be done. Because of this, our account is locked, so to reopen it must be reset by BCA by contacting hello BCA or coming to the BCA office.

I was just like that yesterday, before seeing this post in cyberspace, I had a very difficult time who initially suspected that my account could not be used, as a result with the capital of curiosity I called and explained that the computer/laptop I was using had a malware virus so that it would be automatically blocked by the system. advice from CS must also use the Official & Always updated Anvir so as not to get a virus and can be used. after the instructions then tried and could return, but a few weeks later experienced the same thing and the reason was the same, so for the second time getting the same thing and the same incident. The lesson I took was to buy or look for an antivirus that is always updated & immediately ask for help from CS if the account is really locked by the system.

Based on my experience that has been hit by malware many times which is said to make 'our account list' blocked:
1. never use GOOGLE CHROME BASED BROWSER (chrome, chromium, comodo dragon etc) to open KlikBCA. Because it is SURE to be blocked again.
2. only use INTERNET EXPLORER to open KlikBca (this is also recommended by CS Halo BCA).
After I followed the two points above, I haven't had a lock in over three months.
Once tried to open KlikBCA by using Chrome again on PC / Laptop, then immediately the account is locked again.
Don't believe me? Try it. Ask for a reset at Halo BCA, then open it again with Chrome. Taraaa.

I found this article from google search.
In the past, I was always careful when accessing klikbca, through a special browser (not chrome) which I always delete the cache and cookies after use.
But because for years there has never been a problem with klikbca, then I freely access klikbca anywhere with any browser (especially Chrome and Firefox browsers). And finally I did not expect to get a problem like this which is exactly the same as the problem Mas Agus.
As a result, to be on the safe side, from now on I've decided to go back to the way things used to be, which is by accessing klikbca not from just anywhere, but through a special browser (not chrome) which I always delete the cache and cookies after using.
