XNote Stopwatch, a Stopwatch App that can be integrated with Ms.Excel

XNote Stopwatch is a software timer, stopwatch and count down timer (Countdown Timer) that can be installed on a PC. XNote Stopwatch can run on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/8.1 operating systems. This software is very useful for time keepers in sports competitions, athlete endurance training, work time tracking, or even as a metronome.

• Stopwatch mode and countdown timer mode: When the timer reaches zero, it can sound an alert signal, play audio files, run apps, and even command external devices.
• Customization of the displayed time: You can omit hours, minutes, and/or decimals, pad leading values with zeros, adjust decimals to represent 10, 100 or 1000 of a second, 24, 25, 60 TV frames and so on.
• Ability to capture chronograph time at any time (split time feature). The interval of the recorded time and the percentage of the previous weight are calculated (lap time feature). You can add comments to each time recording. The entire list of results can be copied via the clipboard for further processing. In addition, this application is also capable of recording time directly to MS Excel cells without export/import operations.

• Some stopwatches and timers with their own settings and run independently of each other.
• Save and load timing sessions including all recorded results: This feature is especially useful when timing in multiple stages or sessions.
• Ability to set custom time. This means that you can rewind the chronograph backwards or forwards.
• System-wide, user redefinable hotkeys: You can start, stop, reset the stopwatch/timer, and snap time from within any application even if the XNote Stopwatch window is not visible at the moment. You can also customize the keyboard keys used for command execution.
• External control via serial COM port (RS-232): You can start, stop, reset the chronometer, and snap the time with simple on/off switches, photocells, and even RFID-tag readers for accurate timekeeping.

Despite its many features, the XNote Stopwatch is small in size (-+230 KiB) Xnote Stopwatch has a low system resource requirement, and a fast execution speed.
