Celtx, a Software Alternative for Writing Screenplays instead of Final Drafts
One of the most popular screenwriting software is final draft, which many professionals use. However, final draft is a paid application, so we have to spend money to buy the license. An alternative to final draft is Celtx, where both free and paid versions are available. For the free version, I think it is enough for screenwriting purposes, rather than having to use Microsoft Word and having to set the writing format manually.
In writing screenplays, there are several standard rules, namely Courier New Font Type, Size/size 12 and spacing using 1 space. With this format, it can be estimated that one page of screenplay is equal to one minute of movie duration. So if 60 pages means 60 minutes or one hour.
